We offer a CNC Press Brake Service, complete with a range of tooling to tolerances of +/- 0.2mm, along with a general press with a large capacity. We have general rolling machines suitable for forming cones & tubes.
We have a number of coded welders that offer a high quality service with suitable NDT Certification.
We have continued to invest in the latest Plasma Cutting Technology, cutting a range of material in Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel, in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 20mm. Our CNC Facility gives us the flexibility to cut flanges, cones and all general ducting developments.
Our design team works closely with our customers to provide a solution to meet the clients requirements, complete with working drawings. Our software which includes Plate & Sheet Professional, maximises use of material, reducing material and manufacturing costs. We have the facility to accept drawings in most formats including DWG, DXF and PDF.
We work closely with local Powder coating, Plating and Galvanising companies to offer a quality, fast and competitive turnaround. We also offer an in-house spray painted finish.
